Located on the original Hudson’s site, the space pays homage to Detroit’s history and Hudson’s Pine Room through subtle touches — from vintage elevator keys to ice-cold cocktails showcasing Michigan spirits. Pine Hall is the first Detroit outpost of Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. Founded in New York City in 1985, we've served up warm hospitality at restaurants like Shake Shack and Gramercy Tavern for over forty years.
Expect strong cocktails and cold beer alongside classic tavern dishes, equally suited for a quick stop or settling in for a meal at the bar.
Hudson's Roots
We partnered with the Detroit Historical Society to bring a few original pieces of Hudson's memorabilia back to its original home on Woodward Ave.

Pine Hall is located on the 12th floor of Hudson's. Enter halfway down Nick Gilbert Way and our team will be waiting to take you upstairs.
There is paid street parking and several garages nearby. The closest options include The Z Garage at 1234 Library St. and the One Campus Maritus Garage at 1188 Farmer St. Pine Hall is steps from the Q line and Bus stops on Woodward Ave, and a short walk from the People Mover.
